Training Plan

My training plan for the sprint triathlon and the Marine Corps Marathon can be found here.

I’ve decided not to include bike commuting in my planned workouts, but I’ll be doing that on days when weather permits.

Week two
Saturday – long bike ride 12.46 miles/56 minutes
Sunday – swim 18 lengths/30 minutes
Monday – stationary bike + lift
Tuesday – swim
Wednesday – lift
Thursday – medium length bike ride
Friday – rest

Week one
Saturday – long bike ride 10.65 miles/50 minutes
Sunday – swim + lift 10-12 lengths/20 minutes
Monday – bike commute +lift
Tuesday – bike commute + swim 14 lengths/25 minutes
Wednesday – bike commute + lift no workout 😦
Thursday – bike commute 7.1 miles/45 minutes+lift

 Friday – bike commute + bike ride
